Steph
Office and Personnel Manager
Steph has been an essential part of our practice since 1999, bringing more than two decades of experience, leadership, and heart to our team. Originally from the Bay Area, she relocated 26 years ago to be closer to family and has been a cornerstone of our office ever since.
As Office Manager, Steph keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly with a steady hand and a focus on fostering a positive, supportive environment for both patients and staff. Her strong problem-solving skills and compassionate nature make her a trusted leader behind the scenes.
Outside the office, Steph is deeply committed to animal welfare. She volunteers regularly at her local animal shelter, where she trains new volunteers and leads a special program dedicated to helping shy or shut-down dogs become more adoptable through one-on-one care. She also shares her life with two beloved rescue dogs and a “foster-fail” cat.
Steph enjoys gardening, being outdoors, and soaking in the beauty of nature whenever she can.
Lily
Senior Medical Assistant/Office Supervisor, Roseville
Lily is the heart of our Roseville office and the longest-serving Medical Assistant on our team. With years of hands-on experience and an incredible depth of knowledge, she truly does it all—from in-depth insurance knowledge to assisting with patient care, answering phones, and supporting the front desk. As Office Supervisor, Lily plays a key leadership role, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and patients receive the highest level of care.
In addition to her clinical and administrative expertise, Lily is multilingual and fluent in three languages, Romanian/Maldovian and Russian, allowing her to connect with and support our diverse patient community. Her calm, capable presence and dedication to teamwork make her an invaluable part of our practice.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and shopping.
Georgia
CMA/Surgery Scheduler/Office Supervisor, Sacramento
Georgia began her journey with our practice as a Certified Medical Assistant 4 years ago and has since taken on the vital role of Surgery Scheduler for Dr. Karanjawala. With a strong clinical background and a deep understanding of patient care, Georgia is uniquely equipped to guide patients through the Surgery Scheduling process with clarity and compassion. She works closely with both Patients, Providers, and Facilities to coordinate procedures, ensure all pre-operative steps are completed, and answers any questions you may have along the way. Georgia’s attention to detail and commitment to patient support make her an invaluable part of our team.
When she’s not coordinating surgery schedules, she enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, and spending time with her pets.
Stephanie
Medical Assistant/Patient Communications and Front Office Coordinator
Stephanie is the warm and welcoming face you’ll see when you walk into our Downtown office. As our Receptionist MA and Patient Communications Coordinator, she ensures every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
With over three years in the medical field, Stephanie has experience in both front office and back -office roles. She is highly skilled at managing appointments, answering questions, routing patients to the correct clinical staff, and keeping our front office running smoothly—all while being ready to assist the back office when needed. Stephanie takes pride in creating a positive, organized, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
In addition to her role at the front desk, Stephanie serves as our Patient Communications Coordinator and is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to connect with and support a wide range of patients more effectively.
Outside of helping patients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and pets, painting, reading, and traveling.
Tonya
Certified Medical Assistant/Patient Experience Coordinator
Tonya brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to our team, serving as both a skilled Medical Assistant and our dedicated Patient Experience Coordinator. With a warm personality and a passion for patient care, Tonya ensures each visit is smooth, supportive, and centered around your needs. Her clinical expertise allows her to assist efficiently in exams and procedures, while her role as Patient Experience Coordinator keeps her focused on improving every aspect of our care, from scheduling your appointment to follow-up. Tonya is a true advocate for our patients and plays a key role in making our office a welcoming place. Tonya has dreamed of a career in healthcare since childhood, and she’s proud to be living that dream each day.
Tonya is a vital part of what makes our office so welcoming. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys watching Sci-Fi and Marvel movies or taking day trips with her husband, children, and beloved dog. She’s also passionate about art, hiking, and discovering new cultures.
Sabrina
Certified Medical Assistant
Sabrina may be one of the newest additions to our team, but she’s already made a big impression. Since joining us just three months ago, she has fit right in with her friendly attitude, quick learning, and strong work ethic. As a Medical Assistant, Sabrina supports both our providers and patients with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her eagerness to grow and her positive energy make her a wonderful part of our practice.
When she’s not at work, Sabrina enjoys spending time with family and friends and her dog Cookie. She enjoys the outdoors and beach visits to the ocean. She also enjoys taking cruises to explore the culture and animals all around the world whenever she can.
Kelsie
Certified Medical Assistant
Kelsie is the newest member of our team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board as a Medical Assistant. She first joined our office as a student during her externship and quickly impressed us with her professionalism, compassion, and eagerness to learn. Now a graduate, Kelsie brings fresh knowledge and a patient-centered approach to everything she does. From assisting with clinical procedures to helping patients feel at ease during their visits, Kelsie is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support.
Outside the office, Kelsie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, sewing, and fishing.
